JOBS NEED TO RETHINK

 The word job has become passport for opposition parties to gain mileage for the next elections. The problem is acute. I have not yet seen any material to find a solution to this problem. I would like to share my thoughts on the job process. And growth of economy.  My preposition is that until and unless MSME’s, feeder industries do not have a sound structure to utilize the resources, and upgrade resources periodically, there can be no economic growth and the job creation and talent utilization will suffer. Time to think of providing a common platform for providing solutions for HR, Finance, Design, and other problem associated problems being faced by an individual entrepreneur.

 Economic activities in smaller Indian Cities are on the increase. More Stors ,Malls ,Insurance companies, financial institutions are opening offices. The problem is creating Job Fit for the young job aspirants so that they can improve their chances of job selection. Presently there are limited opportunity for personal growth at affordable /free basis  My initiative to upgrade knowledge in respect jobs is likely to be on the increase in the local area of job aspirants.
