  How is an unemployed person concerned with GDP, or share market or statistics, he is more concerned about his ability to find a meaningful source of living. He requires all our attention as he is the product of an inefficient system. Over the years both ruling, and opposition parties have skirted the issue of unemployment. The issue has been discussed with electoral advantage, not as utilization of our human resource dividend or find a long-term solution. The spirit of discussion is adversarial, not as a team to solve the problem   To my mind Jobless ness is national problem involving active participation of both the centre and states and the unemployed. There must be division of responsibility, between the centre and states accountability’s so that there is no blame game.
