NATIONAL SAFETY BOARD

I suggest establishment of a National Safety Board  with aim to   mitigating such tragedies. This board could serve as an independent body dedicated to the prevention of accidents and the investigation of incidents that result in loss of life. By encompassing safety design, system implementation, product testing, and accident prevention, such a board would not only work towards safeguarding citizens but also contribute to the preservation of national resources.

Moreover, the implementation of safety audits and the public dissemination of their findings could play a pivotal role in ensuring that corrective actions are not just taken but are visible to the public.
