 Economic activities in smaller Indian Cities are on the increase. More Stors ,Malls ,Insurance companies, financial institutions are opening offices. The problem is creating Job Fit for the young job aspirants so that they can improve their chances of job selection. Presently there are limited opportunity for personal growth at affordable /free basis  My initiative to upgrade knowledge in respect jobs is likely to be on the increase in the local area of job aspirants. We want our families to grow, our community to grow and most of all our Nation, National growth ensures the availability of resources to all sections of our society and stability in governance. Growth will ensure a better quality of Healthcare, Education, and Economic well-being for all of us. We look to enforce our rights and do not care about the larger impact on society, whose well-being is essential for overall growth. For me, next to Profit, Jobs is a holy word. Jobs defines a person's life, his sense of well-being, and survival of body and soul. A contented job holder is an asset not only to one's own self but to society, as he spreads the feel-good factor. How will you define a job? Is it a 9 to 5 presence, with no question asked and a paycheck at the end of the month? To my mind under /unemployed person is a victim of neglect by an inefficient system. While I do not advocate a right to a job, I do recommend state and society's responsibility for proper mental growth to make an individual basic job capable. I strongly feel that a "JOB READY ' syllabus must be mandatory. This entails exposure to certain processes. While we attribute the luck factor to the occurrence of an accident, we cannot ignore the fact that the accidents are indicators of system inefficiency. The system inefficiency gets transferred to nameless people and their relatives. After the occurrence of an accident (Road, Rail, Air, buildings, Mining, etc) the usual reactions take place. The actions include face-saving and drawing political mileage. Asking for resignations and blaming the government.  Identify a target, ignore his contribution, and work in public service and invent blame. Supplement your limited knowledge, by searching on google. You are ready for a new journey of glory. Glory was acquired without any investment and facts to back the charge; Next step is to identify the influencers. The influencers should be able to create the multiplier effect and should gain by stating the charge with a straight face. It could be print or visual media, or an ignorant group willing to listen to your histrionics. The more sensational the charge, the greater number of influencers would be attracted. You are providing them with raison d'être. The more you master this game, the higher you will go in the hierarchy.

JOBS .NEED TO RETHINK Lack   of jobs, a favorite topic everywhere, from drawing rooms to streets of India. Simplistic conclusion arrived at. Popular being blame the central government or any other soft target. This favorite activity leads to creating false and misleading one sided versions .The same are then disseminated .Thus root of problem is not addressed and only short term methods are adopted to assuage criticism. Due to this short sighted approach, the sufferers are youth of India. They are aspiring for meaningful life    and the solution is not being addressed in totality.
